*I got this recipe off of one of the groups on Cafemom a couple of years ago. Its worked perfect for our family and the boys sensitivities with Dairy/Soy. Its so simple and the best recipe that I have found yet*
- Preheat Oven to 350
What you'll need;
- Baking Sheet
- Bowl
- Measuring cup
- Spoon
- Plate with sugar to roll dough on
Ingredients;
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Peanut Butter (Kirkland Organic)
- Extra sugar to roll the dough in
*Hint*
Spray measuring cup with Olive Oil or Canola Oil to prevent the Peanut Butter from sticking!- Mix all ingredients together.
- Once everything is mixed well, use about 1 tbsp. worth of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet
- (Repeat steps until cookie sheet is filled)
- Bake at 350 for 6-10 mintues (depending on your oven) until done.
(We like ours still 'gooey' in the middle so I take ours out sooner)
~Enjoy~
*~*~*~*~* Want to 'spice' it up more *~*~*~*~*
The other ingredient that you will need is... Hershey's Chocolate Syrup!
- When rolling the dough into a ball and rolling in sugar, when you place it on the sheet use your pointer finger and make a little dimple into the dough.
- Drip chocolate syrup into the dimple.
- Bake
This makes for a nice little sweet treat :)
~Enjoy~
