Slow Cook Chicken Parmesan
What you'll need:
- Slow Cooker
- Pot
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts thawed
- 1 can of Contadina Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 c Chopped Onion
- Pasta (which ever noodle you prefer)
- Parmesan Cheese (Fresh or Shaker)
- Pinch of the following Spices;
- Oregano
- Basil
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook for 4-6 hours
- At the third hour use a spoon to pull the chicken apart.
- Let simmer for another hour or two.
- Boil water and add pasta.
- Serve the Chicken over noodles and add Parmesan (as much as desired) to the top, so it melts just perfectly.
