Slow Cook Chicken Parmesan

Slow Cook Chicken Parmesan

What you'll need:
- Slow Cooker
- Pot
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts thawed
- 1 can of Contadina Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 c Chopped Onion
- Pasta (which ever noodle you prefer)
- Parmesan Cheese (Fresh or Shaker)
- Pinch of the following Spices;
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 4-6 hours
  3. At the third hour use a spoon to pull the chicken apart.
  4. Let simmer for another hour or two.
  5. Boil water and add pasta.
  6. Serve the Chicken over noodles and add Parmesan (as much as desired) to the top, so it melts just perfectly.
