Kielbasa Soup with Rice

Keilbasa Soup with Rice
What you'll need;
Crock Pot
Knife
Cutting Board
Measuring Cup
Steamer
Ingredients;
1 Package of Polish Kielbasa - Cut in half and quartered
1/2 c Onion - diced
1/2 c Carrots - sliced
2 large Potatoes (Washed-cut-with peel)
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 medium Tomato - diced
1 32. oz Beef Stock
2 c Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 c Basmati Rice
(Cook accordingly)
  1. Put all ingredients into Slow Cooker for 6 hours.
  2. Steam rice one hour five hours after slow cooker started (so you can serve at same time).
  3. Serve Kielbasa Soup over rice.
