Whole Wheat Linguine with Ricotta

Whole Wheat Linguine with Ricotta and Green Beans
Boil:
1 pound of linguine and cook until tender but still firm to the bite.
Drain pasta and reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.
Transfer and Mix:
Hot pasta into large bowl.
1/2 cup part-skim Ricotta Cheese
Saute:
~ 4 minutes ~
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 pound fresh green beans
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Add:
~ and continue cooking for 4 minutes ~
1 cup of cooking water
Add & Toss:
Pasta with Ricotta to pan with the green beans and toss to combine.
Toss & Serve:
Cherry Tomatoes on top.
Serve your amazing healthy dinner!
